Orders Placed For Local Delivery by 10:00 a.m. will be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be delivered the next business day, unless otherwise requested; i.e. future date is arranged.

Residential Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Deliveries inside the area from downtown Cincinnati to I-275 will incur a delivery charge of $7.00. Areas outside I-275 will incur a $12.00 delivery fee. Rush deliveries are $15.00.

Residential Deliveries made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be left with a neighbor if possible, and a door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location.

Re-delivery Attempts - or re-routed deliveries to corrected addresses: When no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made. You will be charged accordingly. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery attempt is due to an incorrect address.

Special timed deliveries will be quoted upon request.

Pick up orders must be picked up at the time agreed upon when the order is placed. Orders that are not picked up by the close of retail business the day of scheduled pick up will be delivered the following day via our courier service at the customer’s expense and will be billed accordingly.

Commercial Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 am. and 5:00 p.m. Delivery fees are the same as the residential fees outlined above.

UPS and Federal Express Service are available upon request. Most parcels range from $8.95 to $11.95 for regular ground service. All other requests for 3Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, will be quoted upon request. Our orders are shipped regular ground service unless otherwise requested. Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information

GIFT BASKETS

Single basket orders received by 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day. Single basket orders received after 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day. UPS Ground delivery service will be used unless otherwise specified. Use the map below as a guide to judge how many business days it typically takes UPS to deliver a parcel. UPS Ground Service does not guarantee delivery times. For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times, use 2-Day Air or Overnight Air Express. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit. All shipping costs are for destinations in the continental United States only. Shipping charges are listed below.
